An Asset Preset stores all settings configured in a previous upload, including access levels2 and download preferences.

To create an Asset Preset, see Upload an Asset and follow the step Save as Preset.
To use a saved preset, follow the steps below.

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click + Create New
  2. Select Asset
  3. Upload your asset(s) by dragging and dropping or browsing your local drive
  4. Click Select Preset

     Optionally, review and edit:

  • Products to assign the asset to
  • Marketing Use1 (available once assigned to a Product)
  • Shareable, Download, and Protection Levels
  • Access level needed to view the asset2
  1. Scroll down to set asset Type (required)*
  2. Click Apply

     Optional:

  • rename in the Asset Name field (defaults to the filename)
  1. Click Finish
